About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, is seeking Environmental & Toxic Tort Attorneys/Senior Counsel for its Northern California offices. These full-time, partner-track positions offer in-office, remote, and hybrid work opportunities. The firm is looking for individuals with zero to 15 years of substantive experience who are interested in high-stakes litigation involving complex scientific issues, developing courtroom and deposition skills, and arguing significant motions. The environmental and toxic tort (ETT) group is expanding and works collaboratively to achieve optimal client results, with many clients being Fortune 100 companies. The firm is also dedicated to mentoring associates to become skilled advocates. While experienced litigators are encouraged to apply, ideal candidates will have 2 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience, including depositions and/or motion arguments, in areas such as CERCLA, RCRA, silica, talc & asbestos, nuisance & trespass, complex litigation, tort and products liability, and general environmental and toxic tort law. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials, be self-starters, and be ready to manage cases with limited supervision. California licensure is required.
Requirements
