About The Position

INTEGRIS Health Cardiovascular Physicians (ICP) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide direct patient care at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The physician will evaluate and manage patients, identify relevant medical issues, and use appropriate procedures and testing. The role includes maintaining complete and timely medical records, participating in quality improvement and medical management plans, guiding staff, and supporting the fiscal viability of the practice. The position is employed and offers an initial salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus, a CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage with tail, 401(k)/403(b), a system-wide EPIC EMR, and relocation allowance. The role involves moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including possible contact with infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. It may also involve lifting-related injury risks and workplace violence. The physician must follow universal safety precautions and may have additional or varied physical demands and respiratory fit-test requirements.

Requirements

Oklahoma MD or DO license.
Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly evaluate and appropriately manage each patient, documenting information completely and promptly through written notes or dictation.
Accurately identify relevant medical issues and use appropriate procedures and testing.
Complete and maintain problem lists, medication lists, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets, and other medical record forms.
Participate in quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee.
Provide direction to staff members to support an efficient and smoothly running team.
Ensure the fiscal viability of the practice.
Comply with applicable policies and procedures.
Follow universal safety precautions.
