About The Position

As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver at DreamCare Rides, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and timely transportation for clients to and from medical appointments. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers, maintaining a professional demeanor, and adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from medical appointments in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and dispatch to coordinate schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and client interactions.
