About The Position

The Non-CDL Local Delivery Truck Driver is responsible for delivering products to customers, providing good customer service, and processing paperwork and returned products after completing routes. Duties may also include loading products onto the truck, collecting payments, and picking up inbound products as needed. The driver completes pre-trip and post-trip paperwork, fueling, and logs, and communicates issues to customers and management as needed.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Class C driver’s license at minimum.
• Driving record that meets company insurability standards.
• Attention to detail.
• Good customer service skills.
• Safety-consciousness.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jacks.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Route delivery experience preferred over over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
• One year of driving experience preferred.
