About The Position

At Tenfold Senior Living, the NOC Care Partner makes a difference for residents and works as part of a connected community with teammates and seniors. The role delivers personalized resident care by getting to know each resident and their unique needs. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m., and focuses on memory care.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
Meet all applicable licensing and background requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, and grooming.
Assist residents with mobility, including escorting and transferring.
Assist residents with housekeeping, such as making beds and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
Use eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to accurately track and deliver care consistent with each resident’s care plan.
Observe residents for safety and report changes in condition and other pertinent information to the Resident Services Director.
