About The Position

The Nightclub Security Guard maintains a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within nightclub premises at Tact Tech Security Solutions. The role enforces venue policies, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and handles incidents professionally and efficiently. Its primary objective is to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone on the premises. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Security Guard D license.
Valid Florida driver’s license.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nightclub operations.
Must pass background checks and drug screening as required by law and company policy.
Ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations professionally and tactfully.
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies.
Ability to maintain situational awareness in high-energy environments.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
Certification in First Aid, CPR, or other relevant safety training.
Physical fitness with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities
