About The Position
The Security Guard ensures the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property. The role involves proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, managing access control and other life-safety systems, and responding promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents. The guard maintains a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, which must be maintained.
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, or ability to obtain them within three months of employment.

- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field.
