About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee night janitorial operations in Peoria, Arizona. The role involves supervising and scheduling field cleaning crews, making multiple site visits each night for quality assurance, and working with branch managers to ensure daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed. The position also manages cleaning equipment and supply inventory, tracks employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology, and follows facility and company safety and security rules. Other tasks and administrative duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
Conduct multiple site visits per night in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance.
Manage and order cleaning equipment and supplies.
Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
Work closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
Observe and follow facility and company security and safety rules.
Perform other tasks and administrative duties.
