About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee night janitorial operations in Peoria, Arizona. The position supervises field cleaning crews, visits multiple sites each night to conduct quality assurance, manages cleaning equipment and supply inventory, and tracks employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology. The manager works with branch managers to ensure daily cleaning tasks and special projects are completed and follows facility and company security and safety rules. Additional tasks and administrative duties may be assigned. Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Driver’s license and a good driving record.
Consistently attend work and arrive on time.
Follow instructions and management direction, take responsibility for actions, keep commitments, and complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Commit to long work hours when necessary to reach goals.
Observe safety and security procedures, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
