About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of OKC is hiring a Part-Time Night Manager to oversee Independent Contractors and help ensure client facilities meet cleanliness standards. The role covers the Oklahoma City Metro area and involves maintaining a regular nightly route, coordinating with Account Managers, inspecting facilities, and supporting selected contractors during new starts. The position offers flexible evening hours, generally Sunday through Thursday, between 5:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check if selected.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a regular nightly route schedule.
• Work with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for the nightly route.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as the key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
