About The Position
Taco John's is hiring a dependable and driven Night Manager to lead the evening team and ensure smooth operations through closing. The role oversees night-shift restaurant operations, supports team performance and guest service, and maintains operational standards. The position is full-time, located at Taco John's, 1215 2nd Ave W, Williston, ND 58801. The listed wage is $17.50–$19.60 per hour based on experience, with an additional $3.00 per hour late-night differential from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in food-service leadership or supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
