About The Position
Taco John's in Minot is hiring a dependable and driven Night Manager to lead the evening team and ensure smooth operations through closing. The role oversees night-shift operations, supports crew members, and maintains guest service and operational standards in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and pays $17.50–$19.60 per hour based on experience, with an additional $3.00 per hour from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The location is Taco John's, 1725 S Broadway, Minot, ND.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in food-service leadership or supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.
