About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee night janitorial operations. The schedule is 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role involves supervising field cleaning crews, training employees, visiting multiple sites each night in a company-provided vehicle to assure quality, managing cleaning equipment and supply inventory, tracking employee hours and pay with company software and technology, coordinating with branch managers, and following facility and company security and safety rules. Additional tasks and administrative duties may be assigned. The position is in person.

Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews.
Provide hands-on training.
Visit multiple sites each night in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance.
Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
Work closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
Observe and follow facility and company security and safety rules.
Perform other tasks and administrative duties.
