About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee night janitorial operations. The role works from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM and involves supervising cleaning crews, visiting multiple sites each night for quality assurance, coordinating daily cleaning tasks and special projects, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, tracking employee hours and pay, and ensuring facility and company security and safety rules are followed.

Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
Provide hands-on training.
Visit multiple sites each night in a company-provided vehicle to conduct quality assurance.
Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
Work with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
Observe and follow facility and company security and safety rules.
Perform other tasks and administrative duties.
