About The Position

Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa as a Part-Time Night Manager! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless! As a Part-Time Night Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing Independent Contractors, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of ensuring that our customers are happy with the cleanliness of their spaces. We believe in creating a positive work environment, where teamwork and support are at the forefront. This position will cover the Tulsa Metro area. City Wide Facility Solutions is the nation’s leading management company in the building maintenance industry, partnering with commercial properties to streamline over 20 facility services- from janitorial to window washing. Rather than performing the labor directly, City Wide manages vetted Independent Contractors to ensure top-tier quality, reliability, and client satisfaction. This position is Safety Sensitive. If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
