Night Manager
About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable, hands-on Night Manager to oversee evening cleaning operations for its Oklahoma City team. The role focuses on service quality, client satisfaction, contract compliance, and relationships with Independent Contractors. This is a field-based position requiring visits to client properties throughout the evening rather than a typical office job. The schedule is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, either 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with a rate of $17.00 per hour for qualified bilingual English/Spanish candidates. The position is Safety Sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Candidates must also complete a behavioral and cognitive assessment.

Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus but is not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and qualifies for the higher hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess cleaning operations using client feedback and contractual obligations.
- Develop strong working relationships with Independent Contractors and support adherence to City Wide’s standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to check compliance with operational guidelines and client specifications.
- Communicate between field teams and management about daily operations and urgent matters.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Oversee City Wide’s policies for new client starts and complaints.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports covering evening activities, observations, and issues requiring follow-up.
- Travel between client locations throughout the evening.
