Our burgers are square, which means we don’t cut corners. So hopefully, neither do you. Your natural friendliness is just one of your talents. You can handle a lot of stuff and not wig out. You’re good with being on drive-thru one shift and making fries the next. You like making customers happy. For real.
Requirements
- Solid social skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
- Willingness to perform various roles within the restaurant.
- Ability to take and receive direction.
- Desire to learn new things.
- Ability to identify and correct issues.
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to handle weather-related situations.
- Ability to wear a headset.
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a register or grill.
Responsibilities
- Handle drive-thru operations.
- Prepare food items such as fries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock levels by refilling items like ketchup, straws, and cups.
- Assist crew members and customers.
- Follow brand standards and guidelines.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as a register or grill.
- Take out trash.
