About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight work to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers each morning. The manager leads and supports team members in unloading freight, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory, while helping maintain store security and monitor safety protocols during overnight hours. The role also includes ordering groceries with handheld devices, training team members, and occasionally assisting at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion.

Responsibilities
