About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is prepared for customers each morning. The role supports and directs the team in unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. It also helps maintain store security by monitoring safety protocols and supporting a secure overnight environment. The manager orders groceries using handheld devices, trains team members, and may occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
