About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads and supports the store’s overnight team to prepare the store for customers each morning. The role oversees unloading freight, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized. It also includes monitoring safety protocols and supporting store security during overnight hours. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain required certifications.

• History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
