About The Position

The Night Crew Manager leads the store’s overnight operations to ensure shelves are stocked, aisles are clear, and the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers each morning. The role supports and leads team members handling freight, stocking, and inventory, while helping maintain store security and follow safety protocols. The manager may order groceries using handheld devices, train team members, and occasionally assist at the register. This is described as an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.

Requirements
