About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NIGHT COOK to join our team. As a Night Cook, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing a variety of high-quality dishes in compliance with our standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cook or in a relevant culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Work during evening/night hours 5pm-1am / Monday - Thursday and alternating Fridays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Food handler certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
Adapt to new menu items or changes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Assist with inventory management and report shortages or low stock levels to the supervisor.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor.
Uphold all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
