About The Position

AB Facility Services is seeking a dependable Night Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a client location. Duties include trash removal, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing common areas, and general facility upkeep. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening and weekend shifts. Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required. The cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks, follow company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards, notify managers when repairs are needed, and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. This is a part-time night-shift position. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 12:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. Compensation is $13.00 per hour, with a $200 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must meet all requirements to work legally in the United States.
Must pass a background check.
Must be reliable.
Must be available to work weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks.

Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Vacuum carpets wall to wall.
Clean and sanitize restrooms.
Sweep hard-surface floors.
Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
Spot-clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
Damp-mop hard-surface floors.
Clean entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
Dust ledges.
Clean glass and windows.
Remove collected trash.
Clean and deodorize trash containers.
Wash walls and glass and perform general cleaning duties.
Notify managers about the need for minor or major repairs.
Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
Comply with applicable safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.
Complete other assigned tasks.
