About The Position

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to maintain clean, well-kept facilities. The role involves completing a variety of cleaning tasks in the evenings, potentially locking doors and arming alarms, and working with minimal supervision. Candidates should have some cleaning experience and basic knowledge of cleaning products.

Requirements

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to communicate potential problems to supervisors quickly.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean the building and maintain it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
