About The Position

Coury Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor for the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection, a new lifestyle boutique hotel in Rogers, Arkansas. The role is responsible for balancing daily financial transactions, supporting overnight guest needs, and helping ensure smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. The Night Auditor serves as both a guest service representative and an operational resource during the overnight shift. This opening-team role will contribute to shaping the hotel's culture, setting standards, and creating guest experiences from day one.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependability, accountability, and consistency.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel front desk, accounting, or guest service experience.
• Night audit experience.
• Understanding of hotel property management systems and auditing systems, or willingness to learn them.
