About The Position
Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join its opening team in Rogers, Arkansas. The Night Auditor balances daily financial transactions, supports overnight guest needs, and helps ensure the hotel runs smoothly during overnight hours. The role serves as both a guest service representative and an operational resource for the hotel during the overnight shift. The position is part of the hotel’s opening team, helping establish its culture, standards, and guest experiences. The role involves working independently while contributing to the broader team and maintaining accuracy, accountability, and consistency in overnight hotel operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and guest service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependability and accountability.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel front desk, accounting, or guest service experience is preferred.
- Night audit experience is a plus but is not required.
- Understanding of hotel property management systems and auditing systems, or willingness to learn them.
