About The Position

The Night Auditor supports the Lodge at Primland during overnight hours by maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring a smooth transition between business days. The role combines end-of-day accounting and record-keeping with guest service, overnight check-in and check-out, reporting, and monitoring safety and security systems.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.

Nice To Haves

Experience at a luxury hospitality property.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and ensure financial records are accurate.
Facilitate overnight guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate room charges, payments, and guest information.
Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
Assist guests overnight by answering inquiries, handling reservations, and supporting late-night arrivals and early departures.
Monitor security and safety systems, address overnight issues or concerns, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
