About The Position

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Terre Haute, Indiana. The Night Auditor balances and audits room, food and beverage, cashier, guest and house account, and other revenue. The role also helps prepare reports, serves as the hotel system liaison during night hours, performs guest service functions, assists with room reservations, and answers hotel phone calls. The position requires overnight work, with Monday and Tuesday nights required.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• A hospitality-oriented demeanor.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for guests and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Excellent phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Availability to work Monday and Tuesday nights.

• Previous experience in a similar position or within a hotel.
• Previous cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and other revenue.
• Assist with preparing reports.
• Complete and transmit accounting reports and supporting documents.
