About The Position
Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for the Hilton Garden Inn Milford. The role supports overnight hotel operations from 11 PM to 7 AM, welcoming guests, handling check-ins and reservations, answering questions, completing the night audit, and helping maintain a safe and smooth-running property. The Night Auditor prepares daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, and works with other departments to maintain service quality. The role requires open availability and independent problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Open availability.
- Fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents.
Nice To Haves
- College coursework is beneficial.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests during the overnight shift and handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Complete the night audit by balancing accounts and finalizing transactions.
- Conduct regular security walks to help keep the property safe.
- Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and quality service.
- Resolve problems independently during overnight operations.
