About The Position

The Night Auditor works the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM at the Long Beach Hilton in Long Beach, California. This role serves as the primary team member for overnight guest needs, questions, and check-ins while completing the hotel’s nightly financial close. Duties include posting revenues, reconciling ledgers, preparing reports and financial summaries, and keeping business information secure and confidential. The Night Auditor also responds calmly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of front office experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including posting revenues and balancing reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Comfort with Excel and property systems.
• Ability to reliably work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM and handle guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and balance the books nightly.
