About The Position
The Night Auditor supports the Front Office and ensures smooth overnight hotel operations from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role helps make each guest’s stay relaxing and effortless by providing welcoming, articulate, and impeccable service. Front-of-house staff are among the first team members guests meet and have an opportunity to represent the brand through their service. The role is part of Starwood Hotels, a luxury hotel brand management company founded in 2006 and affiliated with Starwood Capital Group. Requirements
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience in guest or customer service.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work hard, multitask, and attend to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

- Ability to speak a secondary language.
