About The Position
As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place - Savannah Airport, you’ll oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests. This role combines guest service, front desk support, and basic accounting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts
- Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports
- Answer phones, process reservations, and assist with guest requests
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night
- Complete nightly reports and required documentation
- Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs
