Night Auditor - Full-time

About The Position

Grande Colonial is hiring a full-time overnight Night Auditor. The role is suited to a hardworking team player committed to providing excellent guest service and protecting guest and property security. Previous hotel guest-service or night-audit experience is a plus, but the company emphasizes a sincere desire to serve, a positive attitude, an interest in overnight work, and a commitment to hospitality. Employees are expected to care about guests, interact with them, participate in their department, ask questions, and be eager to learn. The position works Monday through Friday, 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM, with full-time open availability needed for five overnight shifts per week. Employees must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to drive company or guest vehicles. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check. The company participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

High school education or GED, three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read basic procedures and information, write reports when necessary, present information in English, and respond to questions.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts and apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written, oral, diagrammed, or scheduled instructions, and work with limited standardization.
Ability to protect confidential information.
Ability to use a networked PC, with working knowledge of Word and/or Excel and other desktop publishing software.
Valid driver’s license and age 21 or older to drive for or on behalf of the company.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:45 PM to 6:45 AM, with full-time availability for five nights a week.
Ability to walk and stand regularly; talk or hear; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and occasionally run, sit, and reach.
Ability to constantly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Successful completion of a criminal background check upon offer of employment.
