About The Position

The Night Auditor oversees overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role audits, posts, and reconciles daily financial activity across hotel outlets; verifies that credit card transactions align with daily reports; investigates discrepancies; supports Night Managers with financial processes and system use; and assists with emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets.
• Ensure credit card transactions align with daily reports.
• Identify and resolve anomalies between financial reports and takings.
• Provide Night Managers with guidance and training on accurate financial processes and system use.
• Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
