About The Position

The Night Auditor performs front desk and accounting duties during overnight hours at Hotel Orielle, Autograph Collection, helping ensure smooth hotel operations and a positive guest experience. The role includes guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and conducting night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies. The Night Auditor responds to guest inquiries and requests, helps maintain hotel safety and security overnight, and works with other departments to address guest needs. The position also requires knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions so the employee can assist guests effectively.

Requirements

Prior cash-handling experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role.
