About The Position
Concord is hiring a Night Audit Supervisor for Alma San Diego, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The supervisor keeps hotel operations running overnight by leading the team, managing financial processes, and ensuring a safe, welcoming guest experience. The role oversees nightly front-office and audit operations, supports front-desk service, and serves as the overnight point of contact for guests and hotel concerns. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $24–$25.75 per hour. Full-time associates are eligible to participate in the listed benefits package.
Requirements
- Prior front-office, night-audit, or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial-accuracy skills.
- Ability to lead a team while working independently overnight.
- Professional communication and guest-service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic computer and hotel-systems knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly front-office and audit operations, including team support, scheduling, and training.
- Reconcile daily transactions, run the trial balance, post room revenue, and close the day.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports for hotel departments and leadership.
- Verify guest accounts, reservations, and billing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as the overnight point of contact, handle guest needs, and provide service recovery.
- Investigate service or safety concerns, complete incident reports, and ensure follow-up.
- Monitor hotel safety, security, and key-control procedures.
- Support front-desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest assistance.
