About The Position

We're looking for a creative, organized, and digitally minded News Producer / Digital Content Producer to help deliver compelling local news across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms. The role is suited to someone passionate about storytelling, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and interested in connecting with audiences across platforms. The producer creates daily newscasts and special news coverage, produces and publishes content across television and digital channels, and supports multimedia and live-streaming productions. They collaborate with newsroom colleagues and use audience insights to help grow engagement.

Requirements

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent news judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience with digital publishing, social media, or content management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

Video editing and live-streaming experience with VMIX, OBS, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
Previous experience in news, digital media, content production, or streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

Produce engaging daily newscasts and special news coverage.
Write, edit, and publish content for television, web, mobile, social, and streaming platforms.
Create multimedia content, including video, live blogs, and breaking news updates.
Support live-streaming productions and special event coverage.
Collaborate with reporters, anchors, photographers, and digital teams to deliver impactful stories.
Use audience insights and analytics to help grow engagement across all platforms.
