About The Position

Balance of Nature is seeking a New Hire Trainer to train all company new hires. The trainer will guide new team members from basic orientation to job-ready contributors who understand company systems, confidently handle live workflows, and meet daily performance standards. The role includes teaching core systems, standard call flows, and customer communication workflows; monitoring trainee calls and simulated scenarios; evaluating and documenting performance; and keeping training operations organized.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching, training, or peer mentorship.
• Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as customer service workflows, phone etiquette, and CRM or ticketing systems change.
• Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback on the spot.
• Strong classroom or group management skills and the discipline to keep a schedule moving on time.
• Comfort holding people accountable to clear, measurable performance standards.
• High attention to detail in tracking paperwork, updating spreadsheets, and logging daily records.

Responsibilities

• Teach core systems, standard call flows, and customer communication workflows.
• Monitor trainee calls and review simulated scenarios.
• Authorize discounts or order adjustments according to company policy.
• Evaluate, score, and document individual performance daily.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets, complete daily handoff reports, and alert leadership early if a candidate is falling behind.
• Keep the training room professional, organized, stocked with materials, and ready for each day's schedule.
