About The Position

The University of Vermont Health Network Home Health & Hospice is offering a Nurse Residency Program designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to competent clinicians. This program focuses on professional growth, developing critical thinking and leadership skills, and providing high-quality, compassionate care. The Adult Home Care component involves Community Health Nurses delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes, with a typical workday between 8 am and 4:30 pm. The team includes RNs, Physical Therapists, LPNs, LNAs, SLPs, Social Workers, and administrative support, all working collaboratively to help patients remain in their homes. UVM Health - Home Health & Hospice provides comprehensive services for all ages, including home health nursing, various therapies, children's and family services, and palliative and hospice care.

Requirements

  • May 2026 Graduate
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility
