About The Position
Saint Francis Hospital’s New Graduate RN Residency Program is designed for soon-to-be and newly licensed registered nurses beginning their nursing careers. The immersive program helps participants build a clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and develop with support from nurse mentors and a cohort of other new nurses. It includes hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX test preparation and reimbursement, professional development, education support, and advancement opportunities. The position is based at Saint Francis Hospital Memphis, with opportunities across all nursing units, and is full-time. Applicants must be graduating within the next six months or have obtained RN licensure within the last six months. Required education is graduation from a state-approved or accredited school of nursing. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing and recent acute care experience are preferred.
