New Graduate LPN - Nurse Residency
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring a new graduate Licensed Practical Nurse for its Nurse Residency Program in home care. The program provides paid, in-depth training beginning on day one and is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses provide one-on-one patient care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with clinical support available around the clock. Clinical Managers work with new nurses to help them become comfortable and confident in their skills. The position offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability and the opportunity to work close to home. LPN Nurse Residency pay starts at $27 per hour for the first six weeks and is $30–$40 per hour after 90 days.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to patients.
- Care for clients across ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
