About The Position

BAYADA is hiring new graduate LPNs for its accredited Nurse Residency Program in St. Paul, Minnesota. The program offers paid, hands-on training, simulation-lab learning, individualized support, and 24/7 clinical mentorship to help new nurses build experience and a long-term career in home care nursing. Nurses serve clients in local communities, including the Twin Cities and other Minnesota regions. The role offers full-time work of 36 or more hours per week, with daytime and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options.

Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, with additional weekend and overnight differentials. Employees receive weekly pay, PTO, and access to electronic charting using Cubhub. BAYADA describes its team culture as supportive, growth-minded, and committed to diversity and customized training.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota, or pending licensure with an NCLEX date.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care nursing services to clients in the communities served by BAYADA.
• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, including paid hands-on training and simulation-lab learning.
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub).
