LPN - Nurse Residency Program
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid, accredited opportunity for nursing graduates who have scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States. Nurse residents provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The program includes a six-week training period, paid training and shadowing, and access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. After training, scheduling is flexible. Cases are matched near the nurse’s home, and clinical support is available around the clock by phone. Electronic charting is performed using AlayaCare. Pay is $27–$29 per hour.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
- A scheduled or passed NCLEX.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to clients.
- Use AlayaCare for electronic charting.
- Participate in the six-week training program and paid shadowing.
