About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses for its Nurse Residency Program. The program provides paid, in-depth training and one-on-one patient care in home care, with clinical managers supporting new nurses as they develop confidence and skills. BAYADA’s program is described as the only paid new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses may care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, electronic charting using Statewise, short commutes working close to home, and around-the-clock clinical support. LPN NRP pay starts at $27 per hour for the first six weeks and is $30–$40 per hour after 90 days.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
