About The Position
Saint Francis Hospital’s New Graduate RN Residency Program in Memphis is designed for soon-to-be and newly licensed registered nurses transitioning from student to professional practice. The immersive program provides a clinical foundation, real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow alongside a cohort of new nurses. It is available across all nursing units and is full-time. Participants receive hands-on preceptorship with experienced nurse mentors, NCLEX test preparation and reimbursement, ongoing professional development and education support, advancement opportunities, and support from a cohort in a workplace culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and growth. Applicants must be graduating within the next six months or have obtained RN licensure within the last six months. A degree from a state-approved or accredited school of nursing is required. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing and recent acute care experience are preferred.
