About The Position

The New Grad RN Program cohort starts October 19th, 2026, at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. This program offers full-time employment with 12-hour shifts in an assigned department and shift. The program includes an 8-12 week structured orientation with ongoing support through the first year. It focuses on developing clinical reasoning skills through various learning activities in a supportive environment to ensure success in a new nursing career. Opportunities are available in select departments at Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, and Houghton Hospital.

Requirements

Must have RN License prior to start date.
Current Arizona RN license or compact state license.
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS (Must be valid for 90 days upon hire).
New grad RNs have 180 days to obtain ACLS or other department-required certifications.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Associates or Diploma in nursing program.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

Participate in an 8-12 week structured orientation program.
