About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Grad RNs to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, electronic charting, in-depth paid training, access to award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and focuses on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA cares for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering diverse experience.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
