About The Position
Mission Community Hospital, a 145-bed acute care hospital in the San Fernando Valley, is excited to welcome New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team on the Day Shift. Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- MAB Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver exceptional care to adolescent through geriatric patient populations
