New grad MST RN Night Shift
About The Position
Mission Community Hospital, a 145-bed acute care hospital in the San Fernando Valley, is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team on the Night Shift. This role offers a supportive, collaborative environment with mentorship, opportunities to build confidence, and develop strong clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and preceptors, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to adolescent through geriatric patient populations.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
- MAB Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Responsibilities
