About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and strive to keep commutes short by working close to home. Clinical Managers offer around-the-clock support and take the time to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident in their skills. BAYADA cares for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC) and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care for its clients.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification.
